OMS® offers (5) compact finger spools with 50’, 65’, 75’, 100’ and 165’ lengths (Fig. 1). All framed reels (Figures 3 and 4) incorporate a removable, red anti-fouling nest that prevents line reel jams (bird nesting). Spools are constructed from glass reinforced Nylon (finger spools ABS) and are warrantied for life!* The ergonomically designed winding knob prevents hand fatigue and the flat profile lock down nut assembly (Fig. 5) has been re-engineered to make better contact with the spool edge. Electropolished stainless steel frames incorporate a TIG welded stainless 5/16” spool bolt for unsurpassed strength! Framed reels as well as the Finger Spools are engineered for cold water glove and bare hand use.
